Organizers of the Headies Awards have confirmed and announced the full list of nominees for its 16th edition ceremony scheduled for 2023. Some of Nigeria’s celebrated gospel singers were honored with nominations in the Inspirational award category for their widely-received songs including Nathaniel Bassey, Victoria Orenze, Neon Adejo, Limoblaze, and Victor Thompson.
Established in 2006, the Headies Awards recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry across genres and artistry. The nomination process for this year’s (the 16th) edition, started on May 22 and ended on June 16.
