Nigerian Gospel music sensation; Mercy Chinwo & husband Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa have launched a charity organization named “Mercy is Blessed”.
Taking to her instagram handle the Gospel music powerhouse shared that it is an initiative birthed by the Holy Spirit and powered by herself and her husband. “We are enriched in every way to be a blessing to our world and generation. Our focus is to empower lives, one soul at a time,” she wrote.

On launching the project, Mercy Chinwo Blessed and her hubby shared a snippet of their charity adventure with the widows and youths of Rumuodara, a community in Rivers State Nigeria, where they blessed the recipients with gifts saying;
“To give is to truly live and moreso when we give to those who may not be able to return the favour,” she captioned, “Here’s a snippet of our time with the widows and youth of Rumuodara Community in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.”
