Yay! We have a monumental collab here as AfroGospel Artist; Marizu features Reggae Gospel music veteran Buchi who is also his father (Yes, Marizu’s father) on ‘Big God’.
Marizu, when asked about the collaboration said;
“My father has been my biggest inspiration and mentor. Growing up, I would watch my dad and his band and rehearse for hours and create beautiful music.
Collaborating with him on this song is a dream come true. I’ve asked him many times over the years to hop on a track and I’m glad he finally agreed.
We wanted to create something that brings people together, transcending cultural and musical boundaries and I think we were able to do that.”
The new song ‘Big God’ released under HFP Music is a blend of rhythms of Afrobeat with the timeless vibes of reggae.
