Sinach’s Way Maker Bags Song Of The Year at GMA Dove Awards 2020
The 51st Annual GMA Dove Award during a special Facebook stream of the Pre-Telecast Awards Presentation, which aired on October 29th.
Under the banner of “Carry The Change”, announced Nigerian worship leader Sinach’s “Way Maker” as the song of the year.
The song which was recorded in 2015, has been covered by notable worship leaders including Bethel Music, Maranda Curtis, Leeland, and Michael W. Smith whose version held the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Christian Airplay Chart for three weeks.
The super talented songstress took to her instagram to express her gratitude. “Thank you, Lord Jesus!! You told me “I have made you a story of my grace and favor” !! Here we go, Lord!” She wrote on Instagram, “My best friend, my husband Joe Egbu. Your support and love is a gift.
